Co-Worker Day

For those of us that work from home, I know there's very little to complain about. Sure we make our own hours and correspond in our jammies but what we do lack most days is actual human contact. Someone to chat with at the water cooler, if you will. A person to bounce ideas off of when you're stuck in a rut.

Enter: Co-Worker Day! Now, I don't recall who first came up with this gem of an idea (pun intended) but it turned out to be a wonderful day of sunshine, fresh air and business talk. I had the honor of sitting amongst Miniature Rhino, KnitKnit, FiskandFern, MyZoetrope and VirginiaKraljevic (forgive me ladies for using your shop names instead of real life names. Except for you Virginia!), soaking up every little piece face to face conversation.

Now, you must all have other crafty peeps such as yourself in close proximity. Take advantage of it! Organize a day of talk, sharing and work in the great outdoors!

I can't imagine working (on my non craft job) without co-workers. They sometimes help so much!
